Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Levio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Levio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

Levio is a daily command center that unifies tasks, calendar, and email with AI-assisted triage. The service is provided by Joeybuilt LLC, a Utah, USA limited-liability company.

Levio is currently in invite-only beta. The service is provided “as-is” without guarantees of availability, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change or be removed. Data may be reset between beta phases with prior notice.

The Levio source code is published under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may self-host Levio under those terms. These Terms of Service govern only the hosted service operated at mylevio.com by Joeybuilt LLC — they do not modify your rights under AGPL-3.0 with respect to the source code.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and authorized OAuth grants.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep it current.
• You must not share an account with another person.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer the hosted service to extract trade secrets (the source is AGPL — read that instead).
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or access controls.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through any Levio surface.
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Payments, when applicable, are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. All fees are stated in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes.

We offer a 14-day refund on a first paid subscription if you contact hello@joeybuilt.com within that window. Renewals and add-ons are non-refundable. Statutory consumer rights (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal) are unaffected.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings › Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, on reasonable notice where practicable. On termination we delete your stored data within 30 days, except records we are required to retain by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated content (summaries, classifications, proposals) is best-effort and may be incorrect. You are responsible for decisions you make on the basis of AI output.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOEYBUILT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID JOEYBUILT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. JOEYBUILT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify Joeybuilt against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL and communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
